What we collect

When you check out at literally, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, billing address, and phone number if you choose to give it. We use this information to fill your order and send you emails about your order, including a confirmation and a shipping update with tracking. We also use your shipping address to make sure your order reaches the right place.

Payment

We don’t process payments ourselves. Your card details go to Stripe through WooPayments, and we never see or keep your full card numbers. If you choose Klarna or Afterpay, that company gets the details it needs to run the payment, and its privacy policy applies to that information.

Our print partner

We work with a print partner, Printify, to print and ship your shirt. Printify receives your name and shipping address so they can complete your order and send it to you.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies to run your cart and checkout. These cookies keep items in your cart as you shop and let you check out when you’re ready. Once we connect the website to our Facebook and Instagram pages, a Meta pixel will start recording visits and purchases so we can measure how our ads are working. Meta’s privacy policy covers that information.

Selling your information

We don’t sell your personal information to anyone.

Children

literally is a website for adults buying shirts for kids. It’s not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children.
